These specifications and drawing packages give our contractors & consultants all the information they need to progress a project and implement the design
RELATIONSHIP
Our work is built on a strong appreciation to the relationship between architecture and interiors. We find some people design the architecture and then try and make the interior work, eventually having to comprise on certain elements of the interiors as they have not been planned with the architecture of the building. Our designers love to get involved at the very beginning of a project, proportions and architectural details greatly influence our design schemes, so it is important for us to collaborate and look at the design concepts with a team who has the same design objective to make the project seamless for our clients. By working closely with a collaborative team , you will benefit from a wealth of experience & creativity and be able to make informed decisions about all aspects of your project

By planning your interior at an early stage, the design can evolve and be finalised before anyone steps foot on a building site, stopping quick, rash decisions having to be made. We like to provide all the drawing & specification information at tender stage to form part of the tender documentation, this means our clients receive accurate costs for their dream project, and prevent surprises further down the line. We work with contractors on site and behind the scenes; our designers will attend regular site meetings to ensure our designs are being carried out as designed and the the highest possible standard.
