Cream&black have been appointed to complete full interior space planning, interior architecture, lighting design and to provide a turn-key interior design service on this grand-design self build set to be complete in 2024.
Working closely and collaboratively with Focus Architects. This proposed a grand design self-build will reimagine the site. The proposed structure will be an elongated flat-roofed unit, nestled within the hillside to make use of the sharp sloping topography. The part subterranean mass of the building sunken into the hillside would improve environmental performance and reduce visual impact to the roadside and neighbouring properties.
