Gun Quarter Apartment Development

We were appointed by Asquith Homes to design the interior specification for a stunning development of five apartments in a beautiful Grade II Listed building, located in the Gun Quarter, Birmingham, in collaboration with The Space Studio. It is a unique Historic Grade II Listed building, which dates back to circa 1840 surrounded by history, culture and entertainment. 

This prime development consists of one townhouse and four apartments which have all been designed to a high specification whilst preserving the building’s original features. Every inch of the living space has been thoughtfully constructed to create unique homes.
